The
ride is accompanied by a staff escort and takes a prescribed
route. Riders are welcome to stop, read monuments, and
take photographs. Please note, however, that staff escorts
are not historical guides and are prohibited
by park rules from acting as a guide. (Please upgrade
to one of our tours if you want the benefit of one
of our excellent battlefield guides).
Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are permitted
if staff and equipment are available.
Training
and helmets are provided at no additional charge. Our
minimum
age requirement applies.
This
ride is subject to a "Gettysburg Amusement Tax" which, at this writing, is 7.46%.
Cancellations
or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice by telephone.
